http://www.championsforchildrenga.org is a program through Easter Seals for children who do not meet eligibility criteria for the Katie Beckett/Deeming Waiver. It is designed to increase awareness throughout Georgia about non-profit services available to medically fragile and special needs children, increase access to healthcare and support services, help families continue to care for children with disabilities at home

Easter Seals Family Support Family support is designed to improve the quality of supports to families, while minimizing the need and cost of out of home placements. This program also allows families to participate in recreational and social activities, and most importantly to make a positive difference in the life of the person with a disability. The services available through family support are as follows: dental Services, specialized clothing, diagnostic services, recreation/ leisure activities, environmental modifications, therapeutic services, counseling, parent/family training, specialized nutrition, behavior consultation and support, financial and life planning, transportation.
